Refund Policy

At School of WHAM, we strive to provide high-quality training courses in Theatre & Film hair, wigs, and makeup. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Course Fees

All course fees must be paid in full 3 weeks before the course start date unless otherwise arranged.

2. Cancellation by Student

More than 21 days before course start: Full refund minus your 30% NON-Refundable deposit will be paid. 

Within 21 days of course start: No refund unless exceptional circumstances apply (at our discretion).

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation.

3. Cancellation by School of WHAM

If we cancel a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

4. Transfers

Transfers to another course date may be permitted if requested more than 21 days before the original course start date, subject to availability.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the course without prior notice, fees are non-refundable.
